Description
Oil-Based Metalworking Fluid Testing
Oil-based metalworking fluids are straight mineral oils or oils with additives (sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus) which are critical for high-performance machining, forming, and grinding operations. They provide exceptional lubrication, reduce friction, and protect both tooling and workpieces. However, over time, these fluids can degrade due to oxidation, heat, and contamination, reducing efficiency and risking costly damage to machinery.
Test Includes:
- Basic: Bacteria, Hardness, pH, Chlorides, Free Oil, Dirt (>8micron)
- Premium: 40C Viscosity, Water Content, ICP, Dirt (>8 Micron), Fat%, Sulfur %, TAN
From automotive and aerospace to heavy equipment manufacturing, we help you prevent downtime and ensure your fluids are performing at their best.
